Darauf sollte bei der Zubereitung geachtet werden

Be sure to cook the seafood until it is just cooked through, as overcooked seafood can become tough and chewy.

Unser Geheimtipp

For an extra flavor boost, try adding a pinch of saffron to the rice before cooking.

Getränkeempfehlung

A light white wine, such as a Sauvignon Blanc, pairs perfectly with this dish. The acidity of the wine helps to cut through the richness of the seafood and the spices in the biryani.
