Anleitung:
1. Schritt
Soak the basmati rice in cold water for 30 minutes.

Chop the onion, garlic, and ginger.

Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and garam masala and fry for 2 minutes.

Add the soaked basmati rice and fry for 2 minutes.

Add 4 cups of water and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.

Stir in the yoghurt and lemon juice and simmer for 5 minutes.

Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
